Why I hate planning?
There are several reasons why some people may dislike planning ahead:
Fear of commitment: Some people may feel anxious about committing to a plan because they worry that something unexpected may come up, or they may change their minds.
Lack of control: Planning ahead requires making decisions and taking action, which can feel overwhelming for some people who prefer to take things as they come.

To overcome this attitude, there are a few things that may help:
Start small: If the idea of planning ahead seems overwhelming, start with small things like planning your meals for the week or scheduling a workout routine.
Focus on the benefits: Think about the benefits of planning ahead, such as reducing stress, saving time, and achieving your goals more efficiently.
Make it fun: If planning feels like a chore, try to make it more enjoyable by using colorful pens or stickers, or by involving friends or family in the process.
Practice flexibility: Remember that plans can change, and it's ok. When you practice regularly and have a positive mindset, it is possible to overcome any aversion to planning and enjoy the benefits that come with it.
If you want to dust off the feeling of overwhelm in your daily life planning is the way to go. Our minds can handle only a certain amount of information.
When you are using your mind as a storage device you are going to feel always this feeling of warn out. When you have a written plan you gain clarity and focus. You know what you have to do upfront and you don't respond spontaniously to every emergency may show up in your daily life.
Start small and don't create an overwhelming daily TO DO LIST. This attitude will help you to stick in your plans while will give you the ability to adjust to any unforseen event.
